Corey T. Jones Sr. is a media innovator and storyteller with an uncanny knack for transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary. From turning household objects into makeshift film equipment as a kid, to pioneering techniques on today’s most advanced shoots, his lifelong passion for “tinkering until it’s just right” drives every project he takes on.

A graduate of Gibbs College (Digital Media), Corey sharpened his craft interning at News 8 under veteran editor Curtiss Anderson. That early immersion in non–linear editing cemented his path in video production and laid the groundwork for a career defined by creative ingenuity.

In 2005, he founded Precision Line Media LLC, a full-service media agency based in Connecticut. Over the past two decades, Corey has built a reputation for delivering everything from feature films and documentaries to high-impact branded content—always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. In 2021, he earned his FAA Part 107 certification, adding drone-captured aerial cinematography to his storytelling arsenal and giving clients breathtaking new perspectives.

Today, Corey also leads the team behind Connecticut’s Own TV, a digital platform spotlighting the people, places, and innovations that make Connecticut unique. Whether he’s in the edit bay, on set, or in the boardroom refining strategy, his goal remains the same: to craft experiences that captivate, inspire, and drive results.
